Galitsin News is a product of Petter Hegre's New Nude Network and was launched on the back of the success of Hegre Archives. The design of the Galitsin News site, including its functionality and navigation, is in keeping with the precedent set by Hegre's own site.

However Grigori Galitsin's nudes are unlike Hegre's in many ways. Galitsin's take on erotic nude photography differs from that of Hegre mostly in the way that he portrays his young models. Whilst Hegre's site is a celebration of the female form - all brightly lit with glamour and high style - Galitsin's nudes are like forbidden fruit. You feel naughty looking at some of these girls (most of them from Russia and its satelite states) - especially when they spread their legs, a pose less common with Hegre's models.

Often sitting obscured in a shadowy corner of the room, or coyly covered with a thin veil, Galitsin's girls have an unmistakable air of mystery. They are presented as enigmas. "What make's this girl tick?" you ask yourself. "What does she want from me?" And then you realise that you're at your computer gazing at photographs of beautiful russian nudes, getting carried away in your own fantasy world.

Galitsin News is worth joining, if only to enjoy the contrasts with Hegre's site. If you like Hegre's site, you should try Galitsin's too. And if you don't like Hegre, you should definitely try Galitsin. Certainly if I had to limit myself to one membership out of the two, I would choose Galitsin. But that's a personal opinion, and liable to change as new models are introduced. Because it's the girls that count after all.
